All about the election

Portraits d'employés de Veolia

Why this election?

In 2020, employee shareholding reached the threshold of 3% of Veolia's share capital. During the Shareholders’ General Meeting on April 22, 2021, Veolia’s statutes were consequently amended to allow for the appointment of a new director representing the Group’s employee shareholders. A first election was organized in early 2022, which led to the appointment of Ms. Agata Mazurek-Bak, representing AAVE (Association des Actionnaires de Veolia Environnement), for a four-year term. This term expires on April 23, which requires a new election to be held today.
