All employees and former employees:
- holders of units of Sequoia Classique, Sequoia Classique International, Sequoia Plus FCPE (mutual funds),
- direct shareholders of the Veolia International Employee Savings Plan,
- who hold Veolia Environnement shares via performance shares.

How to vote?
Each voter will be able to log in from January 21 to January 30, 2026, to the secure electronic website.
Each person has as many votes as they hold Veolia Environnement shares through direct shareholding and/or share equivalents in FCPE units.
